This is a beginners class using hand tools on a dyed gourd bowl. Each student will get a gourd bowl ready to work on, instructions, and the use of gouges during the class time. If a student has his or her own gouges they can bring them with. We'll be using 16 sweep U gouges and a V gouge for the stems of the wheat.

INSTRUCTOR PROVIDES

Gourd, handouts, gouges for student use and anything else needed for the class.

STUDENT SHOULD BRING

Any gouges you may have

Walk-ins welcome if class is not full (and no later than 10 minutes after start of class)
