Friday Afternoon 2 - 5

Students will use permanent ink over leather dye using patterns known to many of us for years….doodles!  Deeper doodles will be added with either a ball drill bit or a ball-tipped woodburner.  Finished gourd will be topped with a unique embellishment.  Students will then mount the gourd on a finished piece of wood for display.

STUDENT SHOULD BRING

•Cannon ball gourd, uncut (approximately 6”-8” in diameter), light in color, free from markings

•Power drill w/ small to medium ball bur OR a woodburner with a ball tip

Walk-ins welcome if class is not full
