Vinegar painting is a centuries old technique. I will show how to mix, apply and manipulate the paint to achieve different designs on the outside of the gourd. I will also show how to decoupage the inside of the gourd. If a student does not want an open gourd, they may bring a small to medium one that has not been cut.
INSTRUCTOR PROVIDES
Medium to small gourd, cut and cleaned. Paint, brushes, vinegar and pigments.
STUDENT SHOULD BRING
A Smile.
