Students will learn how to build a Giraffi from two gourds and Quik Wood, paint it, and with a Uniball Gel Impact or a fine Sharpie pen draw tangles on it. Students will recieve a tutorial on the construction of the Giraffi along with patterns to tangle with. In class students will learn the process of appling ink to a painted surface with out it bleeding and will also learn how to correct a mistake after it is drawn.

INSTRUCTOR PROVIDES
Two precut gourds, Quik Wood, Glue, white and black acrylic paint, patterns, tutorial, sketch pad, water containers, paper towel, Q-tips and alcohol.

STUDENT SHOULD BRING
1" flat brush or brush suitable for base coating.

For a savings of $12.00, students may bring their own following supplies:
Sketch pad, Quik Wood, E-6000 Glue, pen, black and white acrylic paint, and sealer.
