SWAP MEET
If you've already been gathering up some stuff to bring and want to let others know about it, check out the on-line Bulletin Board!
We will have a "Swap Table" again this year. Trading can be a lot of fun.
When you pack for Cherokee, don't forget to include items you want to trade. Bring your surplus embellishments or other gourd related items and trade them for someone else's interesting "Treasure".
Put your name on each item you bring. When you arrive, leave your items on the table for others to view during the day. The table will be manned during meeting times only. You can come and swap your items at lunch and in the evening every day. Check the sign at the table for meeting times. If there is something on the table that you want to swap for and you can find the person it belongs to, the two of you can swap anytime.
If you have a valuable item that you do not want to leave when the table is unattended, there is the bulletin board. Post notes on the bulletin board describing your item, when you will be at the table and maybe what you would like to trade for. Meet at the "swap board" at the times listed on the table or make your own arrangements. Or just bring the item with you at meeting times.
If you leave an item for someone to pick up, put their full name on the item.
If you want to take your leftover items home with you, pick them up before noon on Sunday.
