Students will be learning how to apply either leather dyes or alcohol dyes (their choice) as both will be demonstrated. Students will learn how to attach the new material to make a rim and how to add a handle made from Bamboo. All levels can do this project but it is especially good for beginners.
INSTRUCTOR PROVIDES
Instructor will supply gourds, new rim material, dyes, patterns,written instructions, feathers and bamboo.
STUDENT SHOULD BRING
Dremel tool for making holes for the rim and an adjustable chuck, and respirators or heavy-duty dusk masks.
