Please complete the form below and submit it as soon as possible.  If you have any problems with the electronic form, please send the requested information to Jerry Lewis or Joy Jackson as soon as possible via email.

Booth rental is $50 for the event for each 10' x 8' booth inside.

Booths outside on the Grounds (in gravel or grass) are $125.

Make payment to  Cherokee Gathering   and mail by APRIL 30, 2009 to:

REMINDER:  All vendors must provide their own tables, displays, chairs, tents, electrical cords, etc.
